Delete your Cluebind account
You can delete your Cluebind account at any time from within the app while signed in. This is the quickest and most secure way to delete your account.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Cluebind
- Sign in to your account
- Go to View My Stats
- Tap the three dots to access your account options
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
When you delete your account in the app, your Cluebind account and associated Cluebind data are permanently deleted.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us at:
Please send your request from the email address linked to your Cluebind account where possible.
Include:
- the email address linked to your account
- your sign-in method, if known, for example Apple or Google
- any other details that may help us locate your account
For security, we may need to verify that you control the account before processing your request.
Signed in with Apple and used Hide My Email?
If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, your Cluebind account may be linked to an Apple private relay address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. Apple says users can view Sign in with Apple app details in Settings > Apple Account > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple Account.
You may also see your linked email address inside the Cluebind app when signed in.
What is deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete:
- your Cluebind account
- your gameplay statistics
- your stored Cluebind profile data associated with that account
How long deletion takes
In-app deletion is normally processed promptly.
Email requests are processed after account ownership has been verified.
